Zack Barksdale, M.S., is an exercise physiologist at the Cooper Fitness Center in Dallas. He has a B.S. in education with an emphasis in health and fitness from Baylor University. He also received his M.S. in education from Baylor majoring in exercise physiology. Zack is an advanced fitness specialist and is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. He also specializes in clinical testing, personal training, and lecturing for the Cooper Wellness Program.
