Kathleen Duran, R.D., is the director of nutrition for the Cooper Wellness Program in Dallas where she leads workshops on nutrition, food purchasing, and menu analysis. Kathleen earned a B.S. in home economics from Southwest Texas State University, a B.S. in nutrition & dietetics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and additional training at the Culinary Institue of America. She is a registered dietian, a member of the American Dietetic Association, and the author of the very popular cookbook, Cookery Classics. |
