-Jillian Dawson has been an athlete her entire life and has been a personal trainer for over 3 years. In addition, she excelled in softball, gymnastics, cheerleading and dance. She was born and raised in Chattanooga and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Leadership from AuburnUniversity in Montgomery. Jillian has much experience in training athletes, general fitness, weight loss clients and rehab training.
